We always try to be as much innovative, with pricing, in order to make price attractive for our sellers. However, in order to avoid non-genuine sellers listing their items multiple times on this website, which in turn hurts genuine sellers, we eventually will not offer any free listing on our marketplace.

However, currently we are offering very attractive promotion for our genuine sellers. Our promotion includes one year or 1000 free listings for every registered user on our marketplace (whichever occurs first). All discounts above are excluding the Discount Rate and Transaction fee charged by the Pay Pal and/or other third party financial institutions that you will use while selling your item at Vazum. For more information on the charges please visit their respective website. For Auction to Lease and Lease it now listings, user will be able to view all the financial information about the item (i.e. lease price, lease term, security deposit information, applicable tax rate, shipping and handling, loan arrangements and interest rate on the offer loan). However, for payment and other contractual obligations the seller and buyer will have to contact each other complete this part of the transaction. Vazum will provide a mechanism for intimating this contact about the sale and other communication to facilitate the sale. The reason behind making leaser to contact lessee:

1. We believe that majority of times a lessee looks for a leaser in the same area code and hence would like to save on the shipping and handling expenses
2. We also have seen that for leasing or renting an item there are some contractual obligations that need to be completed in person.
